Alphabet is BMW's connected-car fleet app. It's used by hundreds of thousands of drivers across Europe. I delivered iOS engineering on it while I was at usTwo.
Fleet software is a different problem from a consumer app. The person holding the phone is usually driving a car their employer chose, on terms their employer set, and the app sits between the two. Scale of that kind also means you don't get to be clever — it has to work on the phone someone already has, in a country whose rules you may not have thought about.
This was team delivery on a large existing product, not something I built.
